The Gem Model D was introduced in October 1909 and sold for $15. It is the only model Gem that was designed from the start to play both 2 & 4 minute cylinders. Attachments could be purchased to modify the earlier 2 minute only Gems. |

The model K reproducer was supplied with the phonograph, this reproducer has two styli on a rotating plate to play either 2 or 4 minute records. |
